Bristol Sounds 2026
1. General Ticket Terms
1.1. Ticket as Revocable Licence: Your ticket is a personal, revocable licence and shall remain the property of the Event Promoter (Crosstown Concerts) or its agents. It may be withdrawn and admission refused at any time.
1.2. Validity: Only tickets purchased directly from the official ticket agent(s) (e.g SeeTickets, Gigantic, DICE, Ticketmaster) are valid. Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources will be void and entry may be refused without refund.
1.3. Resale Prohibition: Tickets are for personal use only. The unauthorised resale, transfer, or attempted resale of a ticket for commercial gain (e.g., above face value) is strictly prohibited. Any ticket found to be resold in breach of this condition will be void, and the ticket holder may be refused entry or ejected from the Venue without refund.
1.4. Check Your Ticket: It is your responsibility to check your tickets upon receipt and to carefully check the date, time, and artist details, as mistakes cannot always be rectified later.
1.5. Lost/Damaged Tickets: The Promoter is not responsible for any tickets that are lost, stolen, forgotten, or destroyed. Replacement tickets may be issued at the Promoter's sole discretion, and an administration fee may apply.
1.6. Image Use Notice: Please be aware that photography and video recording will take place throughout the festival site. These may be used for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to this use. If you see an image of yourself used, and do not wish for your image to be used, you can object by contacting us at info@crosstownconcerts.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to remove it where possible.
2. Prices, Booking Fees, and Payment
2.1. Ticket Price: The price of the ticket is set by the Promoter or artist. All advertised prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
2.2. Fees: A booking fee or handling charge may be applied by the official ticket agent. This fee is typically non-refundable (see Section 3).
2.3. Payment Plans: If a payment plan is offered, all installments must be paid in full by the specified deadlines. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the cancellation of your ticket reservation and forfeiture of any previous installments paid, as per the terms of the payment plan.
2.4. Cashless Site: Bristol Sounds is a cashless site. All vendors and bars will accept card/contactless payments only.
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds
3.1. Cancellation or Reschedule: In the event the Event is cancelled or rescheduled (e.g., to a different date), you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket's face value, or the option to transfer your ticket to the rescheduled date.
3.2. Line-Up Alterations: Tickets are sold subject to the Promoter's right to alter or vary the published Event programme without notification, which may result in changes to the performance line-up, running times, or any other aspect of the Event. No refund will be offered if a supporting artist or part of the programme is changed or cancelled, provided the headline act still performs.
3.3. Refund Exclusions: In the event of a cancellation or reschedule, booking and handling fees are generally non-refundable. The Promoter is not liable for any costs incurred by you as a result of a cancellation or change, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.
3.4. Adverse Weather: The Event is an open-air, all-standing site and will take place regardless of the weather conditions (e.g., rain, wind) unless the weather is deemed unsafe by the safety officer. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather. You should dress appropriately for an outdoor event.
