I have a disability, is this event suitable for me?

We are proud to have a dedicated accessibility area, with a seating area and viewing platform. There are rubber mats over the cobbles so you can get to the accessible area via a smoother path. We will give you a wristband to the accessible area so you can leave it and go to the bar and food area and then regain your place, it also helps us to control the numbers of people there so it doesn’t get overcrowded. If anyone you are with would be worried or upset by having a wristband placed on their wrist then please let the staff know, it’s no issue. If you have any concerns about anything just ask a member of staff, we want everyone to have an enjoyable experience.

If you have access or disability issues and no accessible tickets are available left to buy please email bristolsounds@crosstownconcerts.com and we will try to help you if we can. Please note that the accessible area is a limited size so some shows may be sold out of accessible or personal assistant tickets. We allow those customers with access needs early entry to the site, so please present yourselves to the staff at the main gates before 6.30pm on weekdays/before 1pm on Saturday and before 3pm on Sunday.

How do I get to the venue?

The venue address is Canons Marsh Amphitheatre, Canons Way, Bristol BS1 5LL. It’s also known locally as Lloyds Amphitheatre, they are the same place.

  • Entrance: The main entrance to the site is through Waterfront Square for all ticket types.

  • Parking: A large underground car park (with a large amount of disabled spaces) is right next to the concert site.

  • Taxi drop off: There are taxi ranks at every main travel point in Bristol, they can drop you off on Waterfront Square, right in front of the main gates. You can use this as your meetup point for taxis post-show.

  • Bus/coach: The event site is a 10 minute walk from The Centre bus stops. Buses from all across the city terminate here, we recommend that you download the FirstBus app ahead of travelling to check your route.

  • Train: The nearest station is Bristol Temple Meads. The event site is a 20 minute walk from the station, or a short transit via taxi/bus - you can take the number 8 bus from the train station which goes via the Harbourside, not far from the site!
